No. We never send from your main domain - protecting your reputation is core to how we operate. All outreach runs from custom lookalike domains (e.g. getcompany.com, trycompany.com) that are fully authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and warmed for 3–4 weeks in our private warm-up pool before a single cold email is sent. Your brand domain stays completely clean.
No. Every campaign is written from scratch in your voice. We pull from your past wins, your positioning, and your buyer's actual language - then write the full sequence (openers, follow-ups, objection-handling replies). Nothing goes live until you've reviewed and approved it. If a line doesn't sound like you, we rewrite it until it does.
Every lead passes three layers of qualification: ICP filtering on the way in, AI double-qualification through Clay, and human review by our SDRs before booking. And we only count a meeting as qualified when two things are both true - the prospect fits your defined ICP and they show up to the call. Replied but wrong fit? Not counted. Booked but no-showed? Not counted. We're not in the business of inflating numbers with meetings that go nowhere.
On rush orders, your first email goes out within 48 hours of contract signed.
