The short answer

Volente is a full outbound team of specialists that installs infrastructure, targeting, copy, reply handling, warm calling within 5 minutes* and sales coaching for agencies and B2B SaaS companies. Done-for-you plans are a flat monthly fee plus a small fee per qualified meeting that shows, guaranteed at 5 qualified meetings within 30 business days of launch, and campaigns launch in about 2 weeks (5 to 7 days expedited).

What does Volente Media do?

Volente installs your entire outbound team. GTM engineers build your sending infrastructure, SDRs run the sequences and handle every reply, senior warm callers call interested leads within 5 minutes* of their reply and book the meeting, and a sales coach with 3,500+ sales calls reviews your calls so more of them close. You show up and close.

Who is Volente a good fit for?

We specialize in two kinds of companies: agencies (marketing, creative and lead generation agencies) and B2B SaaS. Both sell a high-value offer to a clearly defined set of businesses, which is where cold outbound works best. We also work with B2B consultancies that have a proven offer. Recent clients include a marketing agency, a SaaS prospecting platform, an AI startup and three consultancies. If you have not sold your offer to anyone yet, we start with a smaller test to find message-market fit first.

Who will I actually work with?

A full team of specialists: GTM engineers who build and run your infrastructure, SDRs who handle every reply, senior warm callers and a sales coach. Matt Forsyth (Founder & CEO) leads strategy and makes sure your KPIs get hit, and Daniel Diaz (Co-Owner & COO) runs operations. Communication runs through a dedicated Slack channel and calls, with no account managers in the middle. Meet the team.

Where do you work?

We work with agencies and B2B SaaS companies across the United States and Canada, fully remote.

How much does Volente cost?

Done-for-you is a flat monthly fee plus a small fee for each qualified meeting that shows. The Plug-and-Play Pipeline is one setup fee: we build the system and hand it to your team. Your exact quote depends on volume, channels and launch speed. See how pricing works.

What is the guarantee?

Done-for-you plans guarantee 5 qualified meetings within 30 business days of launch. If we miss, you pick: we keep working for free until we hit it, or we fully refund your second month. We only count meetings with prospects who fit your ICP and actually show up.

Do I pay for the domains and inboxes?

Yes, and they are set up in your name so you own them. Domains run about $11 to $15 each per year and inboxes about $3.50 each per month. It is also common for us to cover the domain costs.

How fast can we launch?

Baseline plans launch campaigns in about 2 weeks. Expedited plans can go live in 5 to 7 days. See the week-by-week process.

What do I need to do?

Fill out the intake form, join the onboarding call, approve your ICP, a sample lead list and the copy, then take the meetings we book. Once things are running, plan on about 2 hours a month for strategy and diagnostic calls.

Will the emails come from my name?

Yes. They go out in your name and your voice, and you approve the copy before anything sends. We send from lookalike domains so your main domain stays protected.

What is speed to lead, and why does it matter?

Speed to lead is the time between a prospect showing interest and a real person contacting them. Interested replies go cold fast, so our senior warm callers call every interested lead within 5 minutes* of their reply. Across clients, those warm calls book 30 to 50% of interested leads on average.

What counts as a qualified meeting?

A meeting with a prospect who fits the ICP we agreed with you and who actually shows up. On average, 83% of the calls we book qualify against the client's ICP.

Do you only do cold email?

No. Cold email is the engine, senior warm callers follow up by phone, nurturing runs across phone, email and text, and we layer in LinkedIn outreach once campaigns are running.

How do you protect my domain?

We never send cold email from your main domain. We buy lookalike domains, set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC on every one, warm new inboxes for about 14 days, verify every lead before it is emailed, turn off open tracking (the tracking pixel is a spam signal) and monitor deliverability daily.

How many cold emails can one inbox send?

We plan on about 20 cold emails per inbox per day, with about 3 inboxes per domain. So 1,000 emails a day needs roughly 50 inboxes across about 17 domains. Our outbound calculator does this math for your goal.

What reply rate should I expect from cold email?

Typical cold email reply rates sit around 1 to 2%. Our recent campaigns ran at 2.17% on 20,523 emails and 3.5% on 11,052 emails. Reply rate counts every reply, including out-of-office messages; the number that matters more is how many replies are interested, and how many of those book.

*Typical time from an interested email reply to our first call. Depends on time of day and client setup.
